Auto Nuetral Starter Switch Thingy
« on: April 17, 2009, 06:33:58 PM »
help  ;)
what are these things called?
It's the switch on the shifter that stops the motor starting if it's not in park, ant the reversing light switch

i don't think that the smoke coming out of it was a good thing,
so if i know what it's called i can get a new one. ( I hope!)
Anybody know where- it's a delco remy.

Inhibitor switch? GM part no.9935662 don't know if it's still a good number?

thanks,
bit of hunting and no listing, but it looks like the same as an HQ.

buga,
itś a mirror image of the HQ one.
pulled it apart and built up the terminals with solder, and then glued the casing back together where i broke it >:(
should be good for a couple of months
