Remember the six vans we saved from going to the scrap yard

HI  we have  FINALLY Got a plan organised with the vans, they are to be fully  stripped this weekend and be ready to be trucked out to the scarp yard on monday morning. Any help on one or both days would be very much appreciated. Please reply with a personal message or better yet a text message to 0422975697, on what day you can help, list any parts your after and please bring your own tools, jacks and things you might think will be helpfull. We have a forklift and oxy at the premises.  I will be doing a sausage sizzle for lunch, tea and coffee provided, just bring  your preferred cold drinks.
Hear from you soon . I will reply with location and time later on in the week. Cheers Wendy
Cheers Wendy & Ray

Hi Wendy,.
Sorry can't get there to help,  fair sort of a round trip from Qld,,  but I am looking for a grille,. As long as the top  section is reasonable, doesn't matter what the lower sections are like rusty damaged, could you keep me in mind please.
Nothing is impossible it just takes a bit longer

Well after a full on two days of stripping 6 beddies i can say it was a success!
Ray Bromley ,my self and  Dave Howett were Totally exhausted sunday arvo, yet we pulled it off!!
A huge thankyou To all those who initially put in funds,
And an even bigger thankyou to those absolute champions
Who turned up with tools in hand and worked their butts off all day!
Mark from bondi , Mick Galagher, Mike Williams , Robert Hopper and nephew,
And those who did have plans but managed to spare a few hours
Paul Grierson and bro wazza, Andrew O'Connor, Nicolas Sebastiàn Correa, Brogan Murphy, Dale
And what an  abosulute legend  Trevor was! The owner of the propertý, he offered us power, fork lifts, bob cats to make the job a lot easier!
Trevor also shouted us a few beers that night,  while we sat around a big bon fire sharing yarns untill midnight.
Also i would like to thank  Trevors wife Jo with her warm hospitality,  brining out warm snacks on sunday arvo was a nice treat too!
The best part of the weekend wasnt just saving the parts but making new Bedford  friends 😉
So thanx again to all those who helped in someway towards the weekend.
Cheers Wendy & Ray
