R.I.P. Ziggy
« on: October 27, 2016, 08:43:27 PM »
Ziggy, my good old mate of just over 12 years has succumbed to the inevitable.
After only a couple of days of serious illness, he has now gone to doggie heaven.
A friendly boy, he loved everyone and he especially loved drives in the van.

Hey buddy ,,,Sorry to hear of your loss. I have had to say goodbye to 3 dogs over the last few years.Old age taking 2 of them and bone cancer taking the 3rd at just 2 years old. I cried like a kid everytime. But i feel honoured to have known and owned such wonderful dogs. Just think, you took him out often to see the sights and meet people which is much more than some dogs i see locked up behind gates in a backyard never to get out. RIP "good dog" ;)

Thanks people for your kind sympathy, appreciated. I thought he deserved a little tribute.

Yeah John, he had a damn good life alright. He was a pound rescue pup at around 6 mths old and was an absolutely great companion over the years. There's plenty of good memories, for sure.

p.s. At least I'll be able to keep the passenger side window clean now.
