Hey guys,

I've added a random images block over to the right. What do you think? Like it or hate it?

The click-on-photo link to original pic in members album works well here with Firefox. Just have to use the - button to collapse the image block from displaying over the top of the pics though.

When I just tried logging in with Windows Explorer, I get the image block but some atatars aren't being displayed, including mine.
Explorer is obsolete anyway.

Sounds like a great idea. Where do the random images come from? On my computer there are no images displayed in the block.

I voted Love It in the Poll for the Images Block at the top of this page.
Can I retract my vote?

Although I like the Random Images, having an extra column has narrowed the width of the forum page. This has made the text lines shorter, and in turn, changed the text spacing layout of the older posts. The photo width has been cut down too, needing a scroll bar on 600px width pics which previously didn't.

When logged in as a guest, the wider pages look better, in my opinion. It would be good if the Images Block could be moved to the bottom left hand side like it used to be.
Just a suggestion, while the topic is still fresh.

I'm sure Shane can adjust it to just certain pages, but in the mean time if you use ad blocker (on pc), right click on the "random images" icon, choose 'block this ad on this page' and use the slider until the side panel disappears. Or if you know your way around ad blocker, just ad <TD id="sp_right" > and be sure to choose this page only.
There are so many people out there who will tell you that you can't. What you've got to do is turn around and say "watch me"

I only use an iphone.
No options to do this.
Yeah it would be good if it was just on the home page.

Cheers

I like it the way it is. One suggestion though, how much work would be involved in:
when you run your mouse over a pic if the name of the album is high lighted, here's why, every now and then i will see 2 pics i want to look at and have to choose one, and search the second, if you knew which albums they were, you could look at them in turn
