Bedford Scale Model
« on: October 01, 2014, 07:53:18 PM »
Well, it looks like Corgi Toys produced a diecast 1:43 model Bedford Blitz in their 'Opel Collection'.

1:43 scale would make this model 100mm long.

Hey fellas
I Had this idea the other day , that being to have a scale model of a CF Bedford so that I could play around with body kit styles and colour schemes, I have a friend in 3D printing and if he could get a copy of CAD file plans he could print us off as many copies as we like at any scale we choose,
Does anyone have access to CAD drawings of a Bedford van?
Any thoughts?

can't help you with the cad but would love a scale model print out :)
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

I believe Sundowner (Gary) is working on one - CAD and 3d but probably wouldn't be the best time at the moment
There are so many people out there who will tell you that you can't. What you've got to do is turn around and say "watch me"

I have a CADlink sign making program, but it only does 2D.

Being able to obtain any quality blueprints or CAD files for a Beddy is the biggest problem.

These 3D images are about as good as you will find.
