Yeh Gordon steering wheel is a Mooneyes 15" with XD Falcon adaptor and fit near on straight in. The only minor mod was to the indicator cancel thingy majig. Wheel was closest size I could find to original and no need for power steering.

Power steering is the go Truck. Best thing I ever did.

There are so many people out there who will tell you that you can't. What you've got to do is turn around and say "watch me"

G'day petrol head I would dispute that u can get better fuel economy on straight gas,  ive never heard of anyone getting better economy from gas? my van runs straight gas, I've had the heads done, not sure how much difference a cam would make, but I've had my van tuned as lean as I can get it for the best economy and it still chews the juice big time I get around 20L/100kms.... I'm thinking of putting a petrol tank back in it to turn it to duel fuel, should increase my range heaps and eliminate the anxiety of running out of gas! Would love to know any secrets to getting better fuel economy for gas? Always an issue for me! Take it easy

Hi John,

Yeh on the West Swan wine strip every weekend. Hard one to go past whenever where out and me and the missus always leave that little bit of room for our drive-by. They weren't there one weekend and we stopped at the Transit further down and was the worst ice cream ever, Beddy ice cream or nothin now days.

The owner was wrapped when he looked out the window and seen our old girl.

Yeh one day Gordon.

Running gear wise van is still very stock. Plan over the years is to slowly upgrade to make a little user friendly for parts as it is getting harder and harder to get Beddy bits. Also this list is quite extensive like : disc front, pwr steer, a/c, 5spd and maybe motor transplant to get a little more giddy up even though the 173 runs sweet and is good on fuel for cruising.

ONE DAY!!!! Beddy owners famous last words.
