6 weeks and 5 countries later, I am finally back in perth. I'll fire up the van tomorro and will then be cruising to make up for lost time!

I assume the cut and shut of the manifold is to get it closer to the motor ??

he may as well remove the egr fitting and weld the holes up while he's at it!

Changing the flare design again, always liked the way the mags hang just out past the flare. As it will have a inner skin it can be bolted or stuck on.... with a little mico fibers and resin mix.

just remember you can't have any side wall of the tyre sticking out for a cert, is only a certain amount at the top of the flare, depends on the engineer. some say 100mm, others say 200 .. for a wof it's fine (unless it's majorly sticking out)
