This week, I had an auto electrician install Narva halogen headlights, with relays added to take the load off the switch.    Should have done this conversion years ago.

I also sent the instrument cluster to have the speedo and temp. gauges checked. So, I can report
that the correct temperature sender unit to suit a Holden red motor / Bedford gauge, is a VDO
(instruments) part no. 320.033 with VDO thread adapter part no. 320.053.

The odometer read 20,000 kms before the 186 went in, so, she's only done a bit over 7,000 kms.
