Sweet. Let me know how you go. I am pretty keen on it.
I had a couple Beddies. I gave my blue one to Craig and sold Borrie to Dano and have been kicking myself since.
just about finished her if ya wanna buy her back, (my regret now.....as i built her for me ... not to sell) but need funds to go fishing in the 4B....Beddie  ;)

I did think about it when I saw that you where going to put it up for sale but the ute is more suitable for work. We already have a van.

Did my best to set fire to the van today. Was welding up some of the small screw holes in the deck of the van from previous flooring. I had cleared everything out from under the van just in case except for some plastic bowls and sponges that I had left on one of the rear wheel chocks thinking they would be safe. Well I had just finished welding up a hole when I noticed a flickering orange light through some of the remaining holes. Jumped out of the van and found the bowls and sponges well alight right beside the rear tyre. kicked the bowls away but because they were melting plastic most of it stayed on the chock. Very quickly grabbed the fire extinguisher and let rip. Singed the rear quarter of the van but at least the tyre didn't catch and the powder from the fire extinguisher went everywhere. Everything is now coated in a white dust. Great start to the morning.  ::)

Hey rogue, your not allowed to BBQ your van, all that hard work, just shows how quick things can change. Well its monday morn, and i am off to see my new sparky. I am taking my cruise control down to him so they can bench test it to see what needs to be done to get it to talk to the beddy and VP. Wish me luck, but he sounded confident.

Well folks i am home, and all looks great, spent about 3hrs talking to him about what i want and he seem to be able to solve it or ring someone that can. He has someone working on designing an air-con system for me, if he can then i will post the guys details, and those that want air can talk to them. Because i am using the face and controls from another car, the computer controls the air con, i am hoping the controller i bought comes in under a certain manufacture date, so that we can set it up as a stand alone system, and bypass the computer. Should know that answer later this week. Should have an answer on my cruise control by weeks end, also my sheet metal guy will be here friday, so hope to finally get my tail lights finished on friday. Thank god, they have been a thorn in my side.  :o
