Warren, what motor did you and eddie put in 202 or v8 back in?

202

a while ago I was looking for a diff, ended up with a drivetrain (202 and trimatic), tail shaft front end and diff.

So I have had the motor sitting around, will be interesting to see if it runs OK  ???

Well, it's turning into a bit of a saga.

Spent the day sorting out bugs, trying ti first get the motor turning over, then getting fuel.

Almost had it start, but was draining a new battery, so thought better of it.

Still got a few minor things to sort out, will have to wait till Saturday to do some more.

Cant wait to hear it running  :P

Finally got to finish a rebuild of our old family trailer. This was first built by an old uncle of mine approx. 32 years ago, and was rebuilt a second time by my dad when i was about 14. It was pretty much all jarrah when first done. I replaced the main frame with steel but still tried to keep as much wood as original. The floor is still jarrah.

New lights, new wheel bearings,it stands out at the tip now! ;D

Thats a nice trailer, its nice to rebuild things passed down through family.

I have my great gran dads axe its still as good as the he day bought it, only had three new handles and two new heads.
It's so nice to still have it around.

My late dad built a nice trailer "all steel" about 35 years ago, when I was quite young.
We stil have this in the family and although i recently rebuilt that, as far as the family is concerned it will always be Dad's trailer.

Good job
Buddy

this weekend I managed to give my van roof a good clean. It hasn't really had one since I owned and its spent 6 months sitting out in the
weather so it was preety dirty, there was a little bit of something growing on there. so the roof is now white again instaed of brown.
what a pain in the bum that job was trying to reach the center of the roof. the only way I could reach was standing on a wheelie bin.
so how does every one else do this job cause i could only imagine it would be a lot harder if you owned a long wheel base.

by the way john, nice job on the trailer
And you thought owning a bedford was going to be easy.

Nice Job John. The only problem now is that it looks too shiny to use. You wouldn't want to scuff it after all that hard work.

Actually it looks flasher than the car towing it. Looks like the car is being moved out of the garage and the trailer in!  :D
