Hay Marky.

If the pistons or the sleave have got even a smitchent of rust or anything on them they wont slide that grate mate.

They got to be both smooth as a baby B@@ fo them to work 100% :)
be safe out there

just a thought does the thicknees of the disc match the caliber.

if you cant sought it out I would be more then happy to come have a look cant promise anything but i just stared worrking at
brake and clutch work shop in burleigh heads on the gold coast I'm only casual working on wednesday and thursday so I have a
bit of spare time at the moment. just give us a shout on 0416 034 915 or PM me.    Cheers
And you thought owning a bedford was going to be easy.

If your discs have been machined incorrectly for the new bearings the disk may be sitting too far in or out. There is not much tolerance when you have new discs and pads.

Either that or the spacer width for the caliper mounts is incorrect.

I'd suggest measuring everything again.

Just because i'm bloody excited, tomorrow I'm headin up to Mt Buller thanks to Ben letting me know they have $20 lift passes this weekend.  I'm snowboarding for the first time so if anyone is in my way look out.  I have a feeling i'm going to be real sore tomorrow night after falling over a million times.  Beware Ben I have a feeling i'm going to take people down with me!
