thanks, i hope they are legal, thats how they were when i  got it. I was speaking to a mechanic who worked on beddys in england and he said thats how they did them

they are not original.. but if your mechanic says there a goer then thats fine.. all you have to do is please the roadworthy man..

last roadworthy man i spoke to said you need orig seat bases and good floor mounts doesnt matter about seats

2nd last roadworthy man said must be orig seats and bases

3rd last roadworthy man didnt say anything

so go figure..

yeah i like the nice storage space that the original seat bases have. this ones prob been like this for 25 years or more, man this beddy had so much fine dust compacted inside every nook and cranny

when I made my seat bases I was told  to use thicker material than the originals and also to use the same bolt holes  they went accross no problems.I think it depends on who you get and if they got there morning glory!! 8)
ur a bedford owner ....adapt overcome work it out

I modified my automatic shifter so i didnt have to keep bending over to change the gears. Check it out under the technical section. cheers...Johnno ;D ;D

I have managed to let myself be infultrated by none other that the dreaded flu.  That's not acceptable on a weekend
