;D  That looks excellent; love the colour, hope I can get a finish something close t that!!!
At last, I have found some time t spend on the Beddie; race car has been taking precidence (still sitting on stands, waiting for a new g/box)

Spent all day t/day grinding out and repairing old bog job on left front guard (Rust is an evil thing eh!!) Also adapted Sigma front blinkers in t get rid of those "oops" horrible Beddie ones!!!

Hope t have the front quarter finished and primed by Friday----- Will post some pics soon!
Cheers Brian & Carole
P.S.  Can't believe, I've only got about 25 days t make this thing look a little "respectable"

Well I had a huge day at work  on sat anyway the beddy ran out of fuel (gas guage not accurate cause still got someone elses gas tank in my van) anyway made to a petrol station but no gas arg!!!! So I put some petrol in  thee tank a bit more in a bottle. Have not ran the van on petrol for ever! Anyway I had to really think about but I was able to get the petrol up to the carby by running it on gas and petrol at the same time. While its running on gas its dragging the petrol up. Until it starts running on both. Haha then explosions start coming from the carby. But not enough petrol to run on just petrol so perservered until about 10 mins got her running above 2500rpm petrol. Drove 8 kms to the nearest servo with gas. That was heaps of excitement  for the day. Thinking ill make a 10 litre petrol tank now out of fibreglass just for emergencys and mount it I bonnet or something. Who knows..

Cheers
Ben

Well i pulled the wheel cylinders off the back of my van n they were fu#@ed!

now found out i have the 10" drums...

1 was seized the other rusty as

the prices for new ones were $130 each for lockheed replacements

got new boots n seals for $70 total .....and set about doing it myself

cleaned up the old cyclinders on the wire wheel grinder

then honed and polished the bores..came up a treat... put the new seals n boots in

reaseambled and rebled the brakes....bastard of a e clip thingy holds the wheel cylclinder in place

put on my new 16" rims  n tyres and im a happy boy ;D ;D
