Actually i hope the bloody thing goes after all the work ive put into it the last 4 days,
Im hiring a forklift gas bottle tomorow $130 for 12 mths,
And about $55 to refill.
If it goes it gets a new spray job,
If not ill cry :'( and  kick it lots of times, n probebly pee on it
Throw lots of eggs at it, swear at it, probebly hit it with a hammer a few times,
And then, and then and then

Hahaha

Another Beddie advantage - you can fit a standard pallet between the wheel arches. With the barn doors wide open makes it easy to load and unload with a forklift! ;D

Yeah never thought id ever have my own forklift Johnno,:), yeah thats true Phil, im hoping it will come in handy for beddy motor changes, lifting van off chassis etc. as well,
just gotta be carefull, haha dont want any disasters thats for sure, :)

wow what a day,  :o
waited till 2pm for the gas bottle to arrive.
put bottle  on and put the fully charged battery in.
cranked her over and :-\ cranked really slow and battery cables got red hot. n smoked.

old and corroded terminals and contact ends.
so decided to upgrade cables.
went to hardwhare store n got some solder on terminal ends that bolt onto big brass boat terminals.
soldered them on both ends of each cable and battery ends,
noticed no earth to motor, just to fork body so added another neg cable from batt to motor block.

cranked her over again and cranked over really fast but no fire.  :) ???

ok check points? no spark,  ???
closed points up a bit and cleaned them,
dissy cap off, crank her over again ,  :), have spark now  :) :)
still no fire,  >:( .
inspect disy cap, no center led thing. :'(
got one out of bedford n fitted it.
crank over again ,  :) ;) :D ;D ;D ;D fire fire fire engine up n running yahooo.  great oil pressure straight away, :D :D :D

let her warm up slowly, (coz dont know how long she has layed dormant)
turned her off and then took about 20 mins to inspect for oil leaks, water leaks etc,
small water leak at water pump from small hose going to LPG converter, :)
ok not too bad ill fix that later.  :)

started up again and put in foward, off she goes im driving, reverse works ok as well.  :) :D.
but no brakes, lol, empty master cylinder,  :D :D
no steering,  :(, hydrolic pump faulty, no up or down or tilt foward or back,  :D :D :D ohh well .
im happy with the progress of today. :) :)
5.45pm by now so will have a look at hydrolic pump and brakes tomorow.

thats about it guys it looks the part drives now but no lift, haha,
stay tuned.
tomorows another day.  ;) :D
