Thanks Marty, Your OK too. And the grease came off, so it is all good.

I spent a couple of days in Sydney last week training for the new job I start next week. In my spare time I visited a couple of wreckers getting bits for a Dyna that i am doing up and bits for a big motor conversion to my Carry van. The rest of the time was visiting Marty and he gave me the same hospitality that I have received from all the other BUGArites I have visited around the country.
The problem I have is that most of my stories end with... and that is why I am not allowed to go back there!

stripped the swb (front ends), both 4x4 and Greeny......painted the 4b front end rebuilt/chkd all the joints and knuckles etc, dropped the 5spd manual from the 327, fitted the chev to the 4b front end and next is the trans combo and then re fit that front end to the green van. just need a flex plate.hopefully sat morn.

here's some pics more in the gallery.....oh and check out the atricles on the 4x4, Wendy asked me to scan the article in the mag, I'll see what I can do.....  ;)

Then take it off road :D :D With that combo, you'll get heaps of clearance under the tyres. Can't wait to see it finished
make it reliable, or smash it with a big hammer

got myself a bargain off ebay, :)
a fb gun with 7 spools of rovings
170916627077
the guns sold for $440 in the 70,s.
i think  id have a heart attack if i were to find price they are worth now.
it will make fiberglassing a snack.
