g/day george. yes i will update the pictures as i go, might take a while for the next lot as the weather is too cold to blast n paint at the moment, lol,:)

yeah the little door is gullwing for acess to a revolving slide out fridge.
the tailgate door is gullwing as well, would be awsome with the cargo door gullwing also.

and the ariel is TV i think, ill ask allan n get back to you on that.

i miss my van, but have another 1 in my sights now, lol.:) :D

since i sold my van ive bought the FJ, WB 1 Tonner and have 2 registered rodeo utes, but nothing feels as good as owning a bedford van, so im gunna get another, and build a v8 full custom one.
ive got 2 bedford front crossmembers fully rebuilt ready for 308 v8 motors to be fitted ready.

cheers marty

yeah George the fridge doors going to stay, i just welded a piece of 5mm x50 box on inside where the hinges bolt on to reinforce it, opening the small door used to flex the pannel above .
but now its solid as. it had a piece of flatbar before  that wasnt welded in and flexed horror-bly
was just sitting there tapped with the hinge bolts holding it there.
so now the boxtube is fully welded in and i tapped it to take the hinge bolts.

will be an awsome van when finnished,
i wonder who bought my mate barry,s LWB that i posted the add for about a year ago?
anyone know?
i keep forgetting to ask him. lol
believe it or not it has valliant disk brakes on the front, with jumbo front wheels,

Been there Craig and doesn't a Beddy look enormous when you put a half-sheet sanding block up against it  :o :o

And the keener your eye for impefections, the more work you give yourself - doing that mid-body line and getting it razor and straight nearly drove me to drink - hang on - I was doing that anyway, drove me to recreational chemicals, buga - same again, well, I didn't bloody enjoy it!!

But the satisfaction when the topcoat goes on and is speccy makes it worthwhile - cross hatch sanding is your friend cross hatch sanding is your friend  ;D  ;D
It's not how hard you hit it - it's how you hit it hard

What I have been up to is looking forward to Craig finishing my van for me.
I feel a bit like a cheat watching the progress but doing none of the work.
There is always a payback for cheating ang mine is listening to my wife complaining about how we cant afford it anymore, but Im hoping she will forget that when the beautiful green van arrives back home.

keep at it craig,

crikey I type some crap when I ve been one the wine, I should stick to beer.
