They are a good choice of motor, I've long thought of buying a second van for such a transplant.. Get an fg intake manifold or a nizpro intake manifold and it will save some effort with the space restrictions, along with netting horsepower advantages over the ba/bf intake manifold

I dont know why the bedford factory didn't make the front panel unbolt able 
So motors could be easier to put in and taken out

So looks like you didnt cut any of the floor on the drivers side?
so you can keep a manula gear box?
