We took her for a 140km run today...woohooo! yep gave her some get up and go with 7.5 PSI . The LPG converter didnt like the blowoff valve so its gone...so she sounds pretty noisy. our sone Luke in the supra couldnt help himself..lucky Ray still has to fine tune setup yet it was very noticable on the hills...no need to knock her back a gear.

hey restoreid you got that manifold polished yet , we have the turbo off
at the moment, it has burnt the paper out of the manifold gasket in 400km
so we have a copper gasket on order from sonic injection should solve the
problem  ,but we are very happy with the increase in torque on the  hills

Another turbo beddy! Nice work  :)
You won't be disappointed, the torque these little motors produce with boost is very impressive.

Earlier you said you were going draw through? Personally I think that's a very bad idea, especially with LPG.
Blow through would be a much better option and there are plenty of LPG setups that are capable of this when done correctly.
Personally I went with the Gas research carb and b2 convertor, and am very happy with the result.

Another good idea which would have saved me a great deal of work had they been available earliier are these copper manifold gaskets.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/HOLDEN-6-179-186-202-Copper-Intake-Manifold-Gasket-9-Port-Head-TURBO/171387126390?_trksid=p2047675.c100011.m1850&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20140107090050%26meid%3D8390238247552806308%26pid%3D100011%26prg%3D20140107090050%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D10%26sd%3D171378105094

I've lost count of the times I've  burnt out manifold gaskets before I fitted a copper one. The standard ones just aren't up to the task.

Yep you were right Mr Whippy ...were now waiting for a copper gasket to turn up...no one areound newcastle had one is stock... :(
Cheers Wendy & Ray
