likewise John. Weather was perfect and turn out was even better, apparently over 800 cars this year.

I left just before 4pm and it was a good cruise back with a few of the other oldies. I was very lucky though as when I got home I give timing a little tweek to eliminate a slight miss and notice one or two drops of water at bottom radiator hose when next minute bottom hose let go and split next to clamp. Looks like that radiator reno will be on the cards this week instead with all new hoses and full flush to renew cooling system.

Will get all sorted before Roger has next barbie.

Ok so luckily I had RDO Tuesday and stripped complete coolong system off 173 and give a full flush.

Wednesday picked up new 3 core radiator, water pump, thermostat, hoses and clamps. Suprised to find hoses that I thought weren't too bad and could use for spare were totally shagged also so glad I went with full change-out rather than just the hose that went after Gingin.

All ready for Rogerfied gathering.

Hi Ian....I can only speak for the W.A side of things , but buga is only a computer/forum based entity. We dont have a constitution or regular monthly meetings as such. But catching up and meeting new people like yourself and Greg (truck) at gatherings at Rodgers will hopefully entice a few more members to meet up more often. Even if your beddie isnt on the road just come in whatever you have. Just looking at other projects in someones workshop can keep the interest alive!!!! ;D

Agree entirely, John.
I am in a club and I communicate more on the forum than I do with the local club members.
Workin for the weekend!

We do have the permission, blessing, from previous club name and members ( HIGHROLLERS VAN CLUB), however the only real thing that needs to happen officially is simply someone to "Take the reins", an official  committee  to be formed, registered, Bank accounts -  paraphernalia to be printed and fees to be paid.

ZIMPLES....

Most of the members in W.A. - BUGA  are former committee members / Presidents / of said and other van clubs and councils from the Wests past, sooo anyone willing to dedicate their time and efforts will be strongly supported ....

Is it time for an official nominations? Please Nominate...

We do have enough members but simply, no one with enough time and energy ...... Are you dedicated to your vanning enough?  dedicated to form and make a van club, will you show up - every run? THAT'S WHAT IT TAKES peoples....from all ...it is serious fun, but takes serious time and effort.
Cheers dano
Can I go play now...?

Hey Dano..im totally with you..would totally Love to see a buga club up and running...i feel it should be an australia wide thing with meetings and runs all over the place..we get around a bit now in our beddy and would love to go on a beddy weekend club meet and cruise...i would put my hand up and help.
Just find it harder to gather the enthusiasm over here in NSW......although thru buga and face book Ray & I have meet up with some great beddy owners who are working there bugas off  ;D ;D  to get to the van nats...
maybe we could have a buga meeting in bathurst and see what everyone thinks ?
I met a new friend here that has a tshirt printing business and see charges $18 for a shirt! all artwork etc included...i was  thinking about a common logo yet everyone can get a print of their own van on the shirt (as long as the pic is high res)
Then it would suit everyone. We have been formerly invited to join the majestic vanners as an unfinancial member...yet if we buy their shirts and jackets ..they have a holden and ford panel van on their logos?? i feel they leave out the small and large vans??
We havnt joined yet as we really want to belong to a bedford van club when we go to bathurst!
so i was going to start to put together a logo and get a few Thirst printed and show everyone here that they can get one with a pic of their own van on it so its personalized yet still shows you belong to a club?
well thats my thoughts...would love to hear others.
Im a dedicated bedford fan and would like to be part of bedford club with chapters all over this wide land!
As i say below
LOVE MY BEDDY !!!  8) 8

Yes ur correct Rumax  ;D
there's utes and campers too...thats why I mentioned a BEDFORD club.
Sorry I may have referred to vans for the 40th Van Nationals next year in Bathurst.
A BUGA club is the go (and a personalized pic for t shirts) as well all have different beddies.
