close to the finish line
« on: December 28, 2013, 09:24:35 PM »
got the van body back from the panel beater only 4 months late, so finally work is back on track and will hopefully have a roadworthy in a week. so far has cost me a job, my other bedford, my son and his mother (just moved outta the bedford workshop to the house up north), and nice big debt... hopefully worth it.

so today was the start of tackling the jungle of new wiring loom.

taking the cross member for a test drive to pick up the engine, was running a bit slow and caused a bit of traffic but handled great ;D

dont have any engine stands or lifts and the place got the engine reconditions is just down the road, so was just easier take cross member down and get the engine dropped straight on.

yer hopefully make the week target but put my back out to point can hardly walk, had some work done and should be right to get back to it tomorrow just no heavy lifting!
