i haven't experienced the one in the link, but i have recently purchased a Holden Cruze which has electric power steering, its definately not something you'd notice the car has unless you knew.
it definately feels light as a feather in car parks and such, but then is heavier when at 100kph which gives you more road feel and stops it being touchy! i'm very happy with it!
