hmmm interesting, how much have you done to the motor and what gearbox are you running, what size diff is in it? looks like its set up for towing, whats the legal weight allowed on the tow bar? ..... hmmmmm ......   not really interested in the interior just the running gear ... where are the gas tanks located? personally I reckon you need a fully sick custom camper van like the one in my gallery  ::)

WOW!!!
I can`t believe the amount of interest so quickly. This site is doing great!
Dooma,I know how hard it is finding a LWB V8 Windowless Bedford so I replyed to your ad.We searched for at least 6 months for ours and then we flew to Canberra -5 years ago. When we returned we spent thousands on the van so it would pass a full SA Government inspection.I was not seriously thinking of selling but maybe it should go to someone who is going to use it.We only really use it anually for our Chriistmas trips.I still love my Bedford very much but if someone offered me 4 grand I would probably take it.

It runs a 283 Chev,a T350 transmission and we converted it to LPG. The gas tank is located underneath at the rear of the van.We also fully carpeted the interior. The rust issues are mainly confined to the bottoms of the doors.I`m sorry but I don`t know the diff size or what the towbar is rated at.
      PM if interested.Thanks.

me so sad at the mo :'( and more suprisingly so is the missus, spoke to Julius last night by mobile phone for over an hour offered him a deposit of the $4000 price he says he would accept for the van then he rang back and said that Lewy offered him $4000 and 1 dollar cash tommorrow, no hard feelings at all buddies just sad that I missed out again, would have put that van to good use doing it up and towing the caravan around oz in April, we leave for Mackay tomorrow in the Vs stationwagon to purchase the caravan pity the campa is not up to it at the mo, oh well betta get my sh.t together when we get back in three weeks and find a 308 for the campa looks like the campa remains as the tow vehicle for the big trip in April (buga) can't believe I missed out, again no hard feelings buddies, and wish you all the best Lewy with the purchase
