Drop axles
« on: December 07, 2008, 12:34:05 PM »
I was looking at drop axles from castlemain hot rod shop and was wondering if anyone had fitted them with any success. I have hq rotors.
Also my springs in the front are very ordinary.
Im trying to get it lowered in the front but stiff for insane fast corners. I dont want to just chop the springs so if anyone has done something similar any info would be appreciated...
Also I bought some bubble windows off Arron and they look KILLER!!! Everybody buy some so he can quit his job.

Last time I rang up CRS and mentioned bedford, they said they don't do bedfords anymore.

How long ago was that Doof? Cos i rang up about HQ rotors and drop axles about 4-5 months ago and the guy quoted me and everything?

I hope that they are still doing them because its easier (and cheaper) than getting them done as a once off...

I've rung them a few times last time was probably about 6 months ago.  They didn't seem very helpful, maybe you caught them on a better day

back in the day when you called and actually spoke to rod it was great, anything was possible, also he could tell you what other make of kit would reference to your car

now it seems that they have a screen to look at and bedford isnt on it. if you are running hq rotors and stub axles then (check first) buy the hq conversion kit.
