Fuel consumption for a 292 chev
« on: May 19, 2013, 06:00:58 PM »
Anybody got any idea how many kms to the liter you get with a 292 chev ? I found an article that gave an optimistic estimate of 3.4km /liter. That seems way thirsty. My 186 does between 5.5 to 8 km /L.
Also does it make any difference to the load carrying capacity of the heavy duty cf  ute front end (Like the cfs) if you replace the truck drums with the hq conversion (it does not reduce the size of the stub axle) ?
