That may not work if you don't have a regional IP address. You may have to use a some sort of proxy.

You'd have to host it on a site like Youtube but then unfortunately there'd probably be issues around copyright etc.

Having a nosey it looks like the episodes are available on Usenet for those who like to source their media entertainment from other places so I dare say it'll probably be available by torrent as well when it screens.
