Hi Gordon,

I will get a few pics tonight when I get home from work and put in same album.

Much appreciated, thanks Truck.

The replacement outer door belt rubber doesn't have flocking (the fuzzy stuff) on the glass side, unfortunately.

Pity, but probably still better than my perished factory originals. Thanks Hobbit.

Hi Gordon,

More pics added to album Beddy Spares and I took a few of inner door belt showing profile. As you will see it sits perfect against glass but does bunch up slightly at curve either end of door frame which could be cut so it sits on straight but I thought it may help reduce the water that may flow down back edge when driving. I have weathershields so this will help protect front.

Yeh no felt on glass contact surface and if wanted could be added but too fidgity for me and besides van is parked under cover 90% of the time.

Hope this helps.

Hi Truck

I really appreciate you taking the time to post the pictures for me. Rare Spares have a branch here in NZ so I'm going to make contact with them today to see if they have stock. By the way I think the colour on your SWB is the business. Great choice.

Sorry for the thread hijack Mezz.

Cheers Gordon

Hi Gordon,

No problem. I know Rare Parts Welshpool ordered them from somewhere on the eastcoast for me. They give me some samples of other profiles to try but in the meantime found these which were a perfect fit in and out.

Thanks regarding colour and with chrome it really sets it off, pretty happy with end result and hoping inside turns out just as good.

Yeh sorry Mezz and hope this may help with any rubbers you may be chasing.

Yes but note its a soft rubber, not a hard pinch weld,

Thought:  Move these Rubber / seal posts to a rubber seal section ? moderators... cheers, Poor Mezz...lol
Can I go play now...?

Great news on the Easyroller MK2 front - i actually took her for a test drive today with the new auto fitted in place of the 4 speed and i couldn't be happier if i was twins!! she went like a bird - Cant drive her home though, little matter of no headlights or front indicators so she's travelling home a flat bed for what i hope will be the very last time, next time she sticks her nose out the man cave will be under her own steam!!!

stay tuned - pics to come soon!!

In Perth we have a company called either Adlem Enterprises or Universal Engineers they carry all of the window flocking, anti rattle strips, door rubbers, etc.,etc. see if you have an agent near you otherwise they may be able to post to you
