Too right, here in nz, you would pay upwards 10K+ for just a rusty old shell. The added disadvantage, they rust out way more quicker than a beddie.

No contest, get another bedford. I was also keen on a vw at some stage but quickly put off by the cost and effort to get one back on the road.

saw one on gumtree last week ... rooten ,primed, but all parts there $8900 from memory....was good but.
