That heat tape is dear stuff $30 for 10 ft & thats all I got  wrapped with that

Havent tested it properly yet but went for a run to town today to do some shoping & had about 50ltrs in the tank it's about 15 to 20 minutes to town & drove around for about30 minutes then went shoping & got caught up with someone wanting to know all about it then another 20 to get home had some lunch then went & checked the temp it was cold at first but warmed up good enough to shower with not hot just warm pretty good I thought Im sure it would get hotter on a longer drive so it works YIPPIE

Well hi guys & girls I thought id lost you's This redirection thing my antivirus blocked buga & i was just getting a blank page 4 2 weeks tried everything but couldnt get buga as luck would have it Wendy emailed me about bathurst van run & I asked her how she was getting through she said malware but that didnt work then she surgested trying another browser & I had Firefox as a standby browser & there you is now I have to catch up on all the posts Anyway I have been busy I havent been happy with the 202 red in the camper it ran real good but had little rattle like gugins so I went looking for a late VH 3.3 Blue motor & found one for $300 bucks a little grotty but pulled the head off & the bores are good no scores & no lip so must be low milage cam followers are like new so cam is good & valve guides are real good so out with the porting gear & give the head a good work over Will put up some pix soon Cheers Reid

Well been doing a bit of porting for the last couple weeks not too heavy just a clean up under valves smoothed out the turns should make the HP it's supposed to now Cheers Reid

As you can see the head has to come off to make it through the gap after takeing the grill & rad & rad support out

The long 3x2 clamped to block is to counter balance engine as lift point is about center of front cylinder then you can move it closer to center of engine once you lift it foward a bit Supported the gearbox with ratchet strapp while the motor is out
