If they are like the Delica Spacegear, they sit in tracks on the floor, so not legal for front seats, BUT STATES THEY ARE OUT OF A L300 so might be different.......

No the middle seats do, in the Delica Spacegear, next model up from the L300 ........ Have owned 2 of them. The tracks are set down into the floor, the front seats have sliders like the standard Beddie does, the Front seats don't swivel  on any model I know, but thats just what I know ;) as I said the L300 might be different. :)
