awwww now that one nice dash i would really love to have in my van...along with intermitent wipers...high n low beam on an indicator swithch...air con ...u know all the mod cons that would go along with that kinda dash....mmmm i will keep dreamin mayb one day... ;)

Gidday, you can have wiper dwell in a bedford, i slightly modified the wiper dwell unit out of a 83 commodore and fitted it to my beddy, luxury on those days when it just dosent quite rain enough to turn em on full. All you need is a bedford wiper motor with self parking (it returns to the bottom when its turned off).

And although it comes from the wrong side of the fence, nice dash!

In case you're interested this is the link to a thread where I explained how I swapped the Bedford wiper motor out for an EB Fairmont one. Think a couple of the guys here have done this since.

Lots of things fit for the wipers, my 2 vans use different ones, custom van is toyota and standard van is commodore. they both only required one extra hole to be drilled
