Worst case scenario, if i get off my ass and get some discs to machine down to my new stub axle size, my current stubs will be available. The have been machined to suit HQ/Z discs (which is bad) tho they've held up for likely 30 years or more ;) so should be ok in the short term while you locate a set of spares.

EDIT: wait, was your stub axle thicker, or Craig's? the thicker ones are the better option.. just machine your discs down further if it was Craig with the thicker stub axles.
What's wrong with yours?

the reason they are more sought after is you can grab the standard stub axel grab a standard hq disc rotor and get standard bearings (one bedford one xa ford) and it all fits together without machining anything.. when for the larger i havent seen anyone do the conversion without mods to something. whether it be disc brake rotor or stub axel.

There are so many people out there who will tell you that you can't. What you've got to do is turn around and say "watch me"

G'day Matt, Craigs was thicker than mine hence the requirement to machine it done to fit.  Machining down to fit seems a hell of a job, so really hoping to find one ready to go?  are you saying you have some available or no?  Cheers
Who says a bedford can't drift??

Hi all, Ben you sure you don't wanna sell one of your spare stubb axles?  m m maate!!  ha ha As far as I can tell, if properly maintained it is a life time article that should not need to be on the spares required list.  mine is floggerd out due to nil maintenance.  let me know cheers.
If not does anyone know how else to find one?  any UK sights or something of the like? Cheers
