if its already setup for a 6 it might be alright, i'd want to know what the ratios are before devoting too much time to fitting tho.

In my experience behind V8s they tend to rev to 100km/h in first, which means sluggish take off unless you have alot of torque and all of your low speed driving will be in first rather than second.

However, powerglides can be setup to act as a 3 or 4 speed so you can have the best of both worlds, i would expect to part with a few precious dollars for a setup such as this tho.

I like having a bit of surge in first tho, a 6L90 would be great even if excessive ;)
