unsure of model!
« on: January 15, 2012, 09:09:36 AM »
I have a 1979 Bedford Bus, I think it is an FRM model or so I've been told and am not really sure if this is correct.  Can someone tell me how to find out exactly what model this bus actually is, what information will I need to supply to be able to get an exact model identification of this bus.  Any help is most appreciated.  I think it has an Isuzu motor but I am also unsure of this.

There must be a manufacturing plate somewhere in the engine bay or door opening or steps, that will give you what you need, or post a pic and someone here maybe able to name it.

Here are some pics of all the compliance plates that I have, I hope it helps in determining just what model Bedford bus I have.  It is also a Domino body if that helps.

What about photos of your bus itself? :-)
Pls.
We are living in Ukraine, me and my vans: Vauxhall Bedford CF280 (1980) and Opel Bedford Blitz CF250 (1987) ;-)

Yes I agree, have owned a couple of buses over the years, but this one looks very clean / tidy - NICE ;)

hmmm roof chop, v8 in rear so can do wheel stands ....
There are so many people out there who will tell you that you can't. What you've got to do is turn around and say "watch me"
