Needing drum brake for roadworthy
« on: November 21, 2011, 04:23:04 PM »
Howdy all . Got my roadworthy list the other day.
What im hoping for and needing is one , 10 inch brake with Bedford stud pattern.
Mine measures at 256 mm inside diameter. :-[
In the manual it reads
10 inch ( 254 mm ) drums... .... .... .... 10.06 inches ( 255.524 mm ) maximum.
So if anyone out there has one drum that measures under the maximum, I would be happy to purchase it.
I live in Melbourne but will be willing to pay freight.
You can call me on 0449-010-075 or email  artbybahamas@yahoo.com
Any help will be appreciated  .. Thankyo  Frank

P.S A safety bonnet catch is needed aswell.

That will be great Vintage Holden , you have defitnatly got me out of a pickle.
Roadworthys are getting harder in Melbourne . Photos were taken of my  van on a hoist, with wheels off and your internal brake pads ,
photo of speedometer and who knows of what else. I will send you P.M or if you can contact me . My details are on the first post.
Thanks very much Frank
