go to sheet guy and get him to bend some gutter sections up and weld them in , in the last 6months there has been stacks of info on replacing the gutters including profiles and how they go together.Including a complete roof replacement.

this is no small job(ask me how i know) having the gutters bent up is not that easy as the gutter and cant rail is one piece and they are not straight if you can get doner gutters that is the way to go i have about 5' left in sydney as well as a roof cut with a sun roof in the front that you may be abel to get a patch pannel out of i have replaced over 10' gutter on the wifes and am about to put the roof back on it is a huge job and not for the faint hearted check out this thread if you want some idea of what your in for

Forget the gutters alltogether and weld on some 5mm rod, it will give it a clean look but still have a "beauty line"

the problem with removing the gutters is the roof is wider than the sides and a lot of your strength comes from them so have a good think about it first

Hi,

My Brothers is fixing the guttering on mine now, best way as he chose is hes got about 4ft of right angle aluminum and pot rivet each end to the original roof guttering , this is his mould to do fibre glassing on inside of this guttering to get the shape.
Chipping away roof paint first OFCORSE THERE IS BLOODY RUST & BOG AGAIN in the roof,lol..so he will do patch fibre glass the holes up, sanding, then start the fibre glassing on inside of the gutter to the roof, pull away the Aluminum after the f'glass is dried then paint over new guttering. ;D
I will take pix now!

It was too bigger job for the rust in the front floors, especially driver side wheel arch was stuffed too,to cut the floor out and reweld he could but the shape &replace the wheel arch was the problem.
,so he fibreglassed that instead aswell and its rock hard strong will last a life time!

Good luck mark!
