Johnno, thats great thanks mate, i can get the nolathane far cheaper than i can get the superpro parts..
I'm guessing it has been installed and operational without flaw?

The one that I got also went straight in too.
Interestingly, I reckon the steering even feels tighter.  I know, it should too if the coupling was totally knackered but mine was just cracked. The Nolothane coupling has really helped the feel of the steering.

I didn't know about the steering bush being the same as a Torana one though.  It makes sense really when we think about the ancestory of the Torana.  It was a Vauxhall before it was a Torana.  The HB 4 cyl Torana (the first of them) actually had 4 stud that was 4 inches apart. Most 4 stud are 100ml and not 4 inch.  The same as a Mini.  Soooo, if you want a cheap set of 12" wheels for your mini find a set from an early model Torana.
