The VK rack can be used but the VU one is longer we have a front mounted rack out of a jap van in Marks van so you dont need a bevel box to redirect the steering input the Commy ones need it but thats ok to me because it relocates the collumn higher on the firewall giving more foot room and a better driving position . I can put kits together if enough interest .but I will post some pics and info as soon as I can

Merlin

When you get around to taking photos could you (please) take pic's of both setups, the commadore and the Jap Van one as well, with as much info as possible.

I like the idea that the bevel box means mounting the collumn up higher, all those V8s with little leg room could use it.

Thanks in advance

Warren

Hi Toolking.

Yeh Blackbeddy has mentioned it a couple of times now and even posted up some pics for us all. I think he said he might be doing it to another of his vans at some stage and will take some pics of the conversion for us as he goes.

Is this right Blackbeddy or am I just running off at the mouuth? ::)
