Any one gets in this predicament for a Beddy steering bearing,u cant get them unless u buy the entire rack n pinnion which is expensive,BUT we found a close match bearing alone, not cheap at $70ea and 2mm higher so u have to make a spacer for it,well thats wot my bro did,now it fist perfect & does the job great, yay!
Buy from:
RHP bearings in Melbourne
code: LJT5/8Mb         RR 5
Made in England

Hey again Poochi, just a thought,  seeing as you are at this stage
and you are spending $'s, it's worth considering the Transit steering rack
and all the benefits for not a lot of extra effort  (for them can do Bro's of yours).
Who will now be throwing a shifter or two at me, if not , a gas tank..but,
they are becoming very common now(Transit racks) and not expensive if you hunt...(ebay)..

The price of  parts for Transits is dropping. Dramatically...as usual.

George has got some "very explicit photo's" in his gallery
showing us his rack, and opinion. He has a "very big opinion" you'll notice.
Cheers George, keep it up. I recommend this album for the
"buga of a thing"
award of the month.   CHROMED !

Cheers mark.

no more thinking for me.
I think,  I think,  I'll never think again. I think.
