entered a contract that both members are expected to honor. It is a
seller's obligation to send the item that was described in the listing

Unfortunate. When I see a ebay auction listing a car or big dollar item, I don't even bother bidding if feedback is zero.

Actually it doesn't because ebay sets a limit on the length of feedback which ends up only being 1-2 lines if you're lucky.
