I think Danny bought it off the original winner here in Perth (I think  ???) has had a couple of rebuilds and the roof is fiberglass and I think jenny did the new interior , but that was over 10 years ago , Danny did come to the 1st bugga meet at carousel but without his van.

George was the original winner(Bernie Dodmans mate).
I thought the roof was a Van Shop addon they started selling.
Maybe wrong again.
Danny has had for over 20 years and has rebuilt it at least twice.
Nice guy.
Obsession could do that roof 4 ya for a price. ;)

Thank you for the extra photo's, can you run a section on Bedfords of the past that are still around today, I love to see those that have gone the distance, and the work the owners have put into them as most of them would have gone through a few rebuilds..............  By the way does any NZers on here know what happened to Mike Ironsides Bedford van, I know he sold it before it was finished, was based in Henderson Auckland, his work on vans was outstanding, all steel. I think you guys ran an artical on him in CVT once.

Also like this van, very clean looking.

Ok Poochimama, I guess we look at vans in a different way, not a great fan of the wheels, but I take into account the little things like the shaved doors, gas lid recess, bumper recess, small side window made to fit the recess on the jumbo etc, if you want a gag bag, take a look at these..........
