well its been awhile so sheds finnished and back ont the beddy
well i mite have let the donnar roof get a bit surface rusty :-[

45 minutes later and 2 strip disks

and now the hammer and dolly work begins the area in in side the black line was low so 1/2 hour later it looked like this

after todays effort were about 3/4 of the way down the drivers side

and these are whats left on this side

the small ones are suprisingley hard to get out i find that masargeing them out with a cross paein hammer works best

Curious, Whats the purpose of "Weld through" paint? Is it to save time with taking off the Etch prime in tricky areas?

weld through paint or coating, like zinc or copper is used between layers of sheetmetal to stop metal to metal rust. It does burn but unlike paint still sticks and protects
There are so many people out there who will tell you that you can't. What you've got to do is turn around and say "watch me"

well its been awhile been real busy with the new job and runing all over the country side draging home rusty cars
So i got a bit done this week end
Patch in the front of the roof was not to my liking so i cut it back out and redid it much happier now

then i got the sons to help me carry it out side spin it around and put it back in the shed so i could put the last patch in the back

so next week end we will strip the old gutters of and put it back on the van and get it ready for paint :D
