BUGA BUGA BUGA  just getting ready for the w/end van run and now tonight the TH350 decides to slip AFTER i just flled it up!  how much , how long will it take  a tranny shop to "adjust " the bands????
Can I go play now...?

did you replace the filter? when you dumped all the old oil out?
ur a bedford owner ....adapt overcome work it out

yeah did a oil change/filter kit, we even flushed the old fluids didn't we. wondering whats involved in tightening the bands, if any shops don't want any notice and are just wiating at the door for me WITH  coffee , full cooked breakfast and a limo to take me to work  :-\

have you driven the van to get the new fluid warm and pumped through the whole tran/toque converter?
from dead empty they take allot of fluid. Have you rechecked the level when warm?

the TH400 in my HQ takes a bit to get all primed up when I haven't  driven it for a few months.
it seems to always come good once its in gear for a bit.

Hey Dano, mate the last time i took my van out was feb of 2001, just after that i lost my legs. I will get it out on the road again.
