Fuel Filler Pipe Replacement

Just curious but has anyone come up with a suitable replacement for the rubber fuel filler pipe that the fuel cap screws into? Mine is starting to perish around the breather pipe section. I've grabbed another couple from the wreckers but they are in the same state. The easiest method is probably grafting the fuel filler from another vehicle into the side of the van but interested to see if anyone else has maybe found a suitable replacement or even made something to do the job.

Hey rogue, the first time we did the van, 90s, we grafted the VH commodore filler into my van. This time we fabricated a new filler using late model parts.
