I saw a picture of this one in an English Custom Car magazine years a go and was taken in by it. Word was that it was cut horizontally through the middle. Definitely changes its stance. A lot of work.

Hey Chris - is it an optical illusion?

The window looks to natural to be out of something else, and when you look at just the outside lights they seem to be sort of in the right spot.

To me its just the wide lights narrow grill and long droopy spoiler that make it seem "Narrow"

Ive noticed that there seems to be a change in proprotions with and with out bumpers on my6 van.

There was a better photo and a bit of a story in Custom Car back in the '80s. I soon as I saw it I recognised it by the Vauxhall grill.
If you look at how high it is compared to the people standing by and how the curve of the bonnet runs into the headlights...

If you ever get the chance to look through some old Custom Car magazines from Pomyland, enjoy.
The editorial style was very good. There was a comic strip, Captian CC, that was definitly not socially acceptable. I especially remember a centre spread of a mad Ausin 6 sedan (very small) with Rover V8, Jag suspension, big wire spoked rims, LOTS of chrome, and adorned with a young lass displaying the fullness of her womanhood.

  took it for a cert last week and failed on a few things, had to strengthen bedford seat bases because of the jappa seats, put on the ign/steering covers, sercure map senor, secure heater hoses and a couple of others, go for recheck on wednesday but sadly the paper work cut off date for the cert was the 11th so will have to wait until the 6th of jan until it's offically legal

What seat bases do you have? i was thinking about doing away with the stock beddie ones, and making a box out of MDF with maybe a sub in it? or a little door thing on the back so you can use it more practically for storage? but i figured this would be more legal trouble than its worth
