G'day

Check out the prices on other 70's type vehicles in top condition and you will see that $16K is cheap. Try buying a Charger, Torana, or Monaro.
And also it is fully engineered in NSW which has to add several $ to the value.
I have been trying to get my V8 dual cab engineered for a while now and what a hassle.
