is the t700 from a commodore v6 the same as the v8 one????
do i nead an adaptor to fit the t700 to my 308???

Jim,

If the 700 is in good nick you got you a deal. What diff are you running and how wide is it? Mine seems kinda narrow and would take HUGE wheels to fill the flares I want to fit. If you are still contemplating a rolling chassis for sale then we can talk swap/freight/$$ for driveline by pm or phone.

not possible to fit v6 th700 onto v8. because the bellhousing doesnt fit over the flywheel.

I have said red 308 with th700 and lock up,holden one tonner diff, instaled in my bedford for 2 years now. With gas it's cheap to run.

In NZ you can get a T700 for the V6 AND V8..............
