download a neat free image program called irfanview from http://www.irfanview.com/

I use it as my default for resizing, lightning, brightning, rotating of images and viewing as it's a fast .... is a small easy to use program and quite often with digital camera photos all you have to do is open it in irfanview, then save it and the file size is a fraction of the original (it removes all the camera data)
There are so many people out there who will tell you that you can't. What you've got to do is turn around and say "watch me"

PH

download it and have a play it's a great little utility - we use it at work  a lot you can take a screen shot, highlight a section of it and cut and paste it into word docs emails etc.

Simple to use

* edited *

to get a a bit of your screen into a file - have the image on the screen

press Ctrl/Printscreen   buttons in the bottom left and top right of the keyboard.

open up infraview.

press control V to paste the print screen into infraview

use the edit command and the mouse to highlight the box you want

press edit/crop selection

then press save as .......enter a file name and save

Done then you can import that picture into here
