its not over cut i copied the exact amount on the other van but the engine cover screws on the side hard to explain but i will post more photos once i have put the engine cover in

hey jim, that is a pretty big hole, you'll be able to change the plugs from inside the van..
Doesn't really matter tho, just means a bit less space for the left foot..

what intake manifold is that?

yeh i thought the same too with the hole cut out but the engine cover that was on the other van was exact same hole but what they did to the engine cover gives it enough room for the left foot i will have to post photos once its in cos its hard to explain its an eldelbrock manifold

i will get the size of the tyres tomorrow johno i know looks tuff just need flares but the tyres are on a 15 inch rim i will get the info tomorrow
