In Memorium
« on: May 22, 2010, 07:54:54 AM »
I have just had news that a good friend of mine, John Tilley, passed away last week. :-[

John was a fantastice man and a dedicated lover of his Bedford camper, he has spent the last 10 or more years living & travelling the East Coast in it.
John was a happy go lucky guy that played great Guitar and spent quite a bit of time just going to music festivals like Wintermoon in Mackay and other similar ones all over the place, always in his trusty Beddy. He was no great mechanic but with sheer love and persistance he kept the old girl going and looking good.

I hade the pleasure of travelling with him to a Festival just out of Mackay last year and the photos are of my beast and John's in the back ground.

To John Tilley, may you rest in peace.

It is a sad fact that each day we get close to our demise, but if we live, love and drive our beddys all over it will have been a fortunate life.
