hey john, the stupid part of all this is, 7 yrs later, i mean would this not be picked up in the first few months, i mean i have been pulled over by cops for checks, and there is nothing on their computers, i spoke to qld transport and they have no idea why i recieved this notice, i have nothing outstanding, and yes i still have all the documents, from purchase to sale, wa now have a copy of the qld rego for the truck, last time i looked a rego form  is a legal document. It still remains that if i did not pay the stamp duty over the counter, they would not of handed me a new set of qld plates. fullstop.
I was considering tossing the paperwork for the truck the other week, question now is for all australians, how long should you hold onto paperwork, answer till you die.

hey craig it was not my  intention to be insulting, thats not who i am, but what do you call these drop kicks, they accuse me of not paying, ask me for proof, i fax them the proof, they say thats not good enough, but they wont tell me what is good enough, i mean proof is proof, and a moron is a moron. Just so you know, while they are in this surreal world of theirs, interest is accumilating daily, why do you think they think i owe 10 grand, they waited 7 yrs, 7 yrs of interest.

my brain has been hurting all weekend, but i am getting ready for round 2 this morning. your right skip, i have to avoid them hanging up on me, the 4 times i rang them on friday, 2 were engaged, and the other 2 left me hanging on hold for 40mins each time, its a wonder they talk to anyone, if everyone is on hold that long. Well these peanuts had better have this sorted by the time they shut up shop tonight, or else, this is not a hard thing to sort out. I paid it, or i did'nt. Maybe i should play them kevin bloody wilsons song. lol

hey rossie, i have a couple of friends @ ch7, met them after my crash, they did the story because of the gov involvement, i am hoping it will not get to that point, i dont think my health would handle another long drawn out fight. But i guess what happens today will be a window into how this will play out, maybe i can email them a pic of the truck with WA plates and then with QLD plates. I will let you all know the results tonight, hopefully common sense will happen, and i can report its all done and dusted.
